I can meet in the Yakima area most days during the week but live in Wenatchee so I can transport to Wenatchee from the Yakima meet if you don't want to travel over this way.

I got the info back from the boat on the king crab cluster size.  These are all a 700+ gram sort, so at least 1.5# each cluster.  Big ones will go 2-ish #'s.  So, they're all pretty close.

Quick update on the scallops - I chatted with the Scallop guy, and he said something to the effect of "Thank you for your 3-times-a-day inquiries about stock and whether or not you can get more," and "please just place a single final order on Friday and pick them up on Tuesday."  That may not have been a direct quote, but I recall it was something like that...  Moral of the story is as of 10am Tuesday, there is two more 30# cases available to us, and we have until Friday to decide if we want them.  So order away, I'll post a warning when we're getting into the final case of scallops.

Payment and Delivery- Thankfully, this group of folks has been really great about paying promptly and with rubber-free checks so far.  I do see, however, a lot of newer folks coming to the buying group - which is great! With some of these high-dollar products I am paying for up front, hwoever, I feel a little more exposed than I have in the past.  So to alleviate any potential issues, I'm going to ask anybody that is relatively unknown on here (as determined by me, I suppose) to watch their inbox for a PM from me regarding payment and pickup/delivery scheduling as the order taking slows down.  We'll work it out, no worries.
