I'm glad your doing this but I'm going to skip this buy,  working all through the holidays and have no special dinner plans, and it just wouldn't be cool to have it sit in my freezer not being ate.

Freezer is pretty stuffed with my own catch from this year or I would be all over this. I’m still considering the tuna. Surprised I don’t see more posts for that. It’s the one fish I don’t run out and get on my own. When is the cut off for orders?

2x clusters of king crab (so about 4 lbs, total, correct?)
1x 5 lb box of scallops
1x 4 lb bag of prawns

Editing to add 5lbs of ling cod please.

I'll see if I have a 5# ling cod carcass, but smallest is probably gonna be closer to 7#.  Is that ok?
