Thank you. I appreciate all the kind words. Trying hard not to sound like a hypocrite on the other thread, it really is interesting to me how two unique deer with fairly different characteristic scored so similarly

I've been trying not to point out how many times I've seen these deer and how often score has been brought up :hello: :chuckle:

I believe you are starting to see why scoring deer is interesting and fun. I score EVERYTHING, from spikes to big ones. It also makes me appreciate a high scoring deer because I know what it takes for a buck to get to some of those magical numbers like 30" wide or 190" typical.  I've said it a million times that a mid 160 buck is a stud buck and then you think what it takes to be 25 or 30 inches bigger than that!!!!  And they regrow that every year! Just amazes me.

Both are beautiful bucks 7mmfan :tup:, I myself have never had a buck scored nor anyone in the family, wish we would have. Now the bug has bitten you :chuckle:, hopefully you get plenty more to score :tup:
