Ha, my pop used to call it that.  He was a Montana logger and preferred to call it Winchester sauce  :rolleyes:  My mean old wife even likes this dish.

Last time I had Joes was the 80’s in MT public schools.  I remember them to be awesome.

Elk sloppy joe's are one of our regular meals.  We usually just use the Heinz sloppy joe recipe.  Great stuff!
