 I'd do a testimonial for them. They took good care!

New soles and in-soles, new rand, leather treated, new laces. $95 on an 8 year-old pair of boots to make them almost new again. It took about two months. I'm very happy with the support I got from this company on the finest pair of boots I've ever owned. They'll likely last longer than I.

I will pass this on to them. I work closely with LOWA.

Secret Squirrel - LOWA will introduce 3 new pairs of hunting boots at this years SHOT show.

Pass on to them that us larger sized folk sure love the extended sizing they offer too!!

I told them that they'd earned a long term customer and an advocate.

In my original note to them I said if I was going to get 4 years out of $400 boots, I'd rather buy new $100 boots every year and trade them in for the warranty when they leaked, since they all seem to have a 1 year promise.  Perhaps that offended them, lol.

I'm a happy customer on this end.  I'm hoping to get quite a few years out of the next pair as well.  They fit and wore nicely for mountain stuff.  Not super sneaky for archery though (a little stiff), but great with a bull on your back!

Another shout out to Lowa.   had a two year old pair of Tibet gtx boots leak on me.  I asked Lowa about that being they were out of warranty and they asked me to send them in for review.  two weeks later I got a phone call saying that the gortex had failed and they were sending me a brand new pair.  within a week they showed up at my door !!

Awesome customer service

  Lowa is awesome. But, Goretex does eventually break down.

I have the GTX highs and the standards. I really love them. They are my elk boot for sure. I still love my Kenetrek ME for the insulation but I got great deals on both pairs of Tibet’s. I will send them in for repair when the time comes. Thanks all for the good reviews of customer service.

Spend the $99 and send them for rebuild. If they can't fix them, they replace them.
