WDFW should be focusing on endangered and declining species for sure, such as mule deer, WT deer and elk...several species in decline. And maybe add grouse to that list, hearing a lot about turkey's and declining grouse. Are they going to get ahead of that or wait until everyone's wondering where all the grouse went?
