Buckhorn Shooting area question
« on: May 12, 2020, 02:12:38 PM »
I’m looking to zero a new rifle this weekend and I remember driving by a place out in the Buckhorn Wilderness near the Slab Creek trailhead and often seeing people out there shooting. I never got a good look at the area myself and was wondering if anyone knows about how large an area it is. Is it At least 100 yards? Does it have a good backstop?

Thanks in advance

Unfortunately any of the spots in the NF to shoot usually get cleaned up and locked down.
Lots of slobs out there
Good luck
I’m hoping Poulsbo range opens soon
Not many legal choices anymore around this area

Yea, that’s my issue. I’d love to use the Poulsbo range, but...
