Mounted my best set from 2020. Far from my best but a sweet bench buck. Sometimes it’s hard to tell how big something really is until you mount them.

I know right!  I tried hard to match up the big one but I think someone had it already.

Got out for my birthday for a quick shed hunt. Broke in the new EXO pack with a nice find.

(Not on an EXO pack) but I took a good tumble in the dark one night walking out, pistol was where yours is on the hip strap. Got to the rig and loaded pack and bow and headed home. Next morning I was searching the truck/house for my pistol. Had to haul butt back up (35 miles) there and retrieve it. It had double Velcro straps threw the holster but it still came off when I tumbled.

Quite the birthday present.  Is this a 2020 find or a 2021?  It's in the 2020 shed thread.  There is a 2021 thread stickied at the top of the shed hunting board.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.
