On a whim....grabbed 3 doz fresh local oysters. Cleaned and shucked into a kosher salt and maple sugar brine.....24 hour cure then hot smoked in the trager tomorrow.

 I think I’ll help make 3 grades of gasoline, some diesel, a little bit of jet for the boys at Whidbey, some electricity for all the stoves and TVs tomorrow, some propane for ya’lls grills and some other stuff I don’t care to look up the spelling of. 😉
