if there was bait barrels around, you need to call wdfw.

if they were not bait barrels are you sure someone didn't just dump a skeleton out there after they processed the meat? maybe they did the same with the cattle? i know if you go to the house where we hunt deer out on the back 40 you will find a pile of deer bones and cattle bones all mixed together. it's where we dump our bones for the yotes to feast on and where many cow bones have been dumped for the last umpteen years.

It was over a quater mile from the road, there were two barrels that looked like the bait barrels my dad used back when it used to be legal, and and then the cattle skeletons, it seemed like whoever put the stuff there wanted it succluded... don't know what to do about it, if I was still there, I would call it in, but I live 5 hours away, came home yesterday.    :dunno:

Go to the WDFW site.  Find the contact for law enforcement.  Give them a detailed description of what you found and send the attached pics.  Give them your contact information and tell them if they are interested in following up with it have them contact you.   Then be prepared with a description of where it is at.  Give them as much as you can.

You would think that they would've kept the skull if that was the case.

The taco wagon doesnt want the skull.

Also, as the snow melts back, other evidence may become exposed. Criminals lose the strangest things at crime scenes...like drivers licenses, receipts, car keys...

His bone yard?  Can't he haul out the plastic bag?!

That is a good point. I would forward that info to someone farther up the chain.
