Really this isn't a mod issue. We don't have control on how the forum software works. Plus phones now are taking higher resolution photos so the size is larger meaning the amount of space it takes up on the server. I am sure @bearpaw can explain a bit more. Sent from my SM-N976V using Tapatalk

But I haven't had a new phone for years and it used to post pics fine.

But I haven't had a new phone for years and it used to post pics fine.Totally get that I was just saying in general that could be why there is more complaints about it. I think there was a change on the server software a while back after numerous crashes due to storage issues and the biggest storage is the size of pictures. So I believe what was done is to have smaller sized pictures to be uploaded to the server to allow the server to run more efficiently and have less crashes. Like I said we as moderators have no control over this and can not make changes.
