Interesting. If I read the maps correctly I wonder why they didn't make a year-round season on public land in the Lolo zone (units 10 and 12).
When were wolf seasons? For those that know more about wolves and hunting them, is it even likely to kill many from late spring to early fall? I always heard that the only real time to hunt them with remote success is mid fall through winter.

Man that sounds like fun ! Is it OTC or do you have to put in for a wolf tag. Any info would be great. I'm tierd of hunting in Washington but have never gone out of state. Each time I try to look into out of state hunting I get confused. Would love to go for any big game. I'll take any advice I can get on where to start with how and when to get tags.
