Nile Buck Update...
« on: April 07, 2009, 07:50:04 PM »
Remember the thread a while back about some buck from the Nile scoring in the 200's or something like that? Someone thought that the buck was at the Yakima Sportsmans show. It wasn't, but I stopped in at Whistlin Jacks, and this picture was on their wall there. Don't know what it would score, but holy christ. Dandy general season buck. Didn't know that area had trophies at all. Does anybody know the story?

I never have, and really don't plan to. Congrats to the lucky hunter though.

Yeah that is a dandy buck. Some of you might remember a real nice wide buck that came out of Bumping last year. He was in the washington fishing and hunting mag for the king of the mountian issue.

There are a few decent bucks killed up in the Nile during the late bow season as well.

That is definitely a nice buck no matter what it scores, especially for general season in the Nile.  I love the character on that one.
