Uncle Jim's Smokehouse
« on: March 03, 2020, 09:40:33 AM »
Uncle Jims does it again. 60 lbs. Of Whitetail pepperoni and 40 lbs. of Mulie Brats. I must keep our Sailors and Marines happy. I am now up to 9 different countries that I have shipped these delicious snacks to.  Thanks to Montana and their B tags I can keep some of our troops happy.

Yes good on you for sure.

Jim and his family are friends of my family.
They are great people.

He just bought the Adna grocery that is located immediately in-front of the school just off Highway 6.
If you are ever passing by he keeps a refrigerator there full of his treats.
They are all very, very good grub.

I tried it for the first time this year.  I got duck teriyaki pepperoni that was great.  Deer/elk teriyaki pepperoni and jalepeno/cheddar pepperoni and summer sausage were all great.  Landjaeger was so-so to me.  Overall very impressed!

How are the brats?
