Holster choices for Sig P365
« on: March 04, 2020, 12:55:46 PM »
Just bought (ok, paid for and now waiting in spite of having a CWP  :bash: ) a Sig P365. Gonna need a holster once it's out of quarantine in a couple weeks.

Who's got an opinion on IWB holsters such as the:
Crossbreed Mini Tuck
Desantis Invader
Versacarry Comfort Flex

This is an EDC in a firearms unfriendly office, so discretion is very important. I've been EDCing a Smith J-Frame in a IWB Galco plastic holster for a couple of years, but with the width of the gun and the holster not being very comfortable, I'm after one of the holsters that protects your body from the firearm frame.

I run two holster setups with my 365. A Vedder and a Foxx.  Foxx is the half kydex/leather (Little Foxx Hybrid) with the comfort pad and also purchased the metal clip for a lower profile. Vedder is the light tuck. Enjoy them both.
God made man, Samuel Colt made them equal.

I use a crossbreed minituck and love it. It’s comfortable & keeps the pistol hidden. I also know people that really like alien gear holsters. Whatever you get, don’t skimp on a belt.

My favorite IWB holsters, OF my hybrids, Crossbreeds are good, Galco Kingtuk is the most comfortable of all my IWBs. If you want leather, hard to beat the Milt Sparks Versa Max ii for quality and class.

CB minituck but...Only buy it in horsehide and make sure you wear it daily for at least a month before you stop, it needs time to break in.  Once it breaks in, you won't know it's there.
