There is a meeting this Friday, March 13th in Kennewick that is basically the last chance to make public comment on the upcoming seasons.  Agenda can be found here. https://wdfw.wa.gov/about/commission/meetings/2020/march-11-14-2020-meeting-agenda

There will be one last meeting April 9-11 in Olympia where they will officially bang the gavel on the proposed seasons.  Regulations should be available on line the next week and in print at stores shortly after that.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

You could look at the presentations from the meeting last week, I doubt they changed from that if you want to start planning.  Hopefully online tomorrow though.

Oregon's has been out for weeks ... don't know why Washington can't do the same?

It's always mid-April, and I don't see a problem with that. They need to have some information on animal populations after winter is over before establishing special permit numbers. I'm actually surprised they can get it done as early as they do. Plenty of things to criticize them for, but this isn't one of them, IMO.
