Question - are you limited to the size of the chamber for these things? So if I want to seal up a nice big salmon fillet, is that going to be possible in a chamber?

So if I want to seal up a nice big salmon fillet, is that going to be possible in a chamber?you're limited to the size of the chamber.when i seal salmon, i cut my fillets in half or usually into smaller strips, and seal 2 at a time. makes pulling them out to defrost for a dinner for 2 people easier, or to give away as gifts.anyway i picked one of these up last year and love it. cranks through stuff without over heating, and the price of bags is WAY cheaper than your rolls of bags for normal sealers. one of my favorite uses for this is sealing up 1 lb bags of grind/loose sausage that i make.fill bag with one lb, seal it, then flatten the bag out. they stack very nicely in the freezer, and being flat and thinner they defrost a lot quicker.
