I have done similar, chunky salsa, your favorite hot sauce and and crunched up spicy cheese-its. Burns so good

I was just reminded by the wife my dad also has a strange fetish for what he calls " Eskimo D***". It's a Polish sausage hot dog, inserted into meatloaf, that's also wrapped in bread dough then baked.

Cook the meatloaf first or put it all together raw and then cook?
