Does any one have an E-mail address for fish and game?  I want to email them and let them know that with the shelter in place I cannot go to the post office to mail in my fishing report card.  I cannot go fishing so I cannot go to the post office, I think that sounds fair.

Don't worry, you can call it in, the number is on the tag.  I lost my son's and called it in yesterday, took only about 2 minutes.
