We got a huge cow Elk in the back of a International Scout once. Had the head up on the dash and the legs were still dragging the ground. The front tires were almost off the ground.  :chuckle:

Looking at photos, I don't have too many of the truck but here's mine.  It's served me well for almost 20 yrs. It has mud tires now since it got demoted from my daily driver.  The beer was opened when we got back to camp for you internet police.

That truck wasnt from Rainier back in the day was it like say mid to late 90's ?
The truck is a '91 and I bought it in Federal Way in the mid '90's...don't know it's history before that but I've had a lot of people tell me it looks familiar to them over the years.

Finally got it back (although far from finished), and had to hold true to my word by posting up a pic.

Very nice Bronco. I have a 72 myself. Went in and took the 3 speed out and put in a 4 speed. They are great rigs!!

Dang, everybody's got an early bronco. I got a '66 in my garage. 302, c4 to an old klune setup with a 4-1 gearbox in front of the dana 20, 44 front with a detroit and chromo shafts, 31 spline full float 9 rear with a spool, 5.5 suspension, 3 inch body, 40 inch Iroks.
We should start a bronco club..... maybe it could be hosted at www.northwestclassicbroncos.com

This one has a ZF 5-speed, it blows my mind how smooth it shifts for being a 72'.

I know! I have been hearing a lot of people talking about them on here. Is yours pretty wobbly driving down the road with the 5.5 lift? I have a 2.5 and I have heard once you go over the 3.5 you start white knuckling pretty bad keeping it between the lines.

Nice lookin rig seabeckian. I live just off Seabeck Hwy - would love to get a closer look at it. I'm hoping that this is the year I can get my '69 running again. I need a better garage *sigh*.

when I was in high school, 3 of my buddies had old Broncos like that.  2 of them got wrecked and replaced with...guess what...?

..yup, another old Bronco.

Great rigs.

nice tj.

I like the smoked blinkers. and yeah a winch would be a good add on since you already hav the plate. Get a good snach block and you can winch the elk up and into a trailer and take him home whole.
