Won't the private accesses potentially be packed if the wdfw access sites are closed? Like on potholes, couldn't people launch at Mardon and not the other various places?
State's playing us. They already got our $$. But they need to keep the weed, tobacco and alcohol taxes rolling in. They'll lift in in April to get people to buy the new license.
