Two dogs on Trailer behind Motorcycle on Freeway

My wife went for drive with family thur spokane to Idaho and spotted a motorcycle with trailer and the LIVE Two dogs!  :yike: CRAZY!
How funny!

Might be tied down at the neck/rail? Either way, I loved my dog too much to risk him that way for sure. My wife and kids checked it out and were not impressed with the doggy trailer either. Slam the brakes real hard and you have two dogs hanging by their leashes over the bow...
