Wanted to ask non resident hunters that hunt antelope in Montana,The regs. say that non resident antelope hunter are restricted to certain hunt districts,Could anyone tell me what hunt districts a non resident hunter can hunt antelope in?

You can hunt antelope in all the same districts as residents.  You have to draw the tag, all antelope tags are issued through their permit system, no "OTC" tags.

The one exception to that is the 900-20 series tag which is archery only, the 900 tag allows you to hunt just about the entire state for antelope from mid-Aug to early Nov.

I think the non res restricted units are for moose sheep & goat. MT regs are online now.

MT has some good opportunities, but one thing you might want to consider is jumping down to WY.  They have way, way more goats and you can pick up cheap doe tags to either supplement your buck tag or to just make a cheap option if a guy just wants the experience without spending much money or gathering points.

MT doe tags are $205 and not that many are issued.  WY doe tags are $34 and they are much more plentiful.

The big downside is the drive, it's a long way to some of the good hunting in WY.
