Looks great!! I have a couple recipes for duck and it is my kids/wife favorite meal but we are all out of duck as of last week

Thank's guys!! It's a recipe I found in the old LL Bean Wildgame Cookbook. Out of print now but Powell's has copies. Roasted teal breasts. It's really the best Wildgame Cookbook I own.
