What are you bow fishing for in Birch Bay? Flounder? Not sure it's legal.

Pretty sure you can only shoot carp in Washington.

Closed. It's in the fishing regs so fishing imo.

I think it is open. On WDFW website it says you dont need a license to kill carp. Its like killing collared doves or starlings imo.
