My hunting pard drew an early HC rifle tag.   Now I gotta go from there straight to Western Wyoming.   My legs are already sore.

Two weeks of high country mule deer - can’t wait!

Gambled on second season and drew.. Unit 44. Need mother nature to dump an early snow this fall please. Takes 22 points to draw third season so seemed like a good gamble for our 9 points..will see been wrong before..

Somehow didn't get drawn for my 4th season tag.  If it had been last year I 100% would have got it.  Damn, was planning on that one!

Fricken point creep. I didn’t draw my 2nd choice tag (1st choice was points) that should have been an easy draw, as it fell all the way down to 4th choice last year.  CO needs to fix this ASAP.  I talked to the State today and the guy said they had a record number of applications.  Time to make it cost more to apply to get ahold of the point creep.  Rumor is almost 100,000 more people applied this year.
