I used to be the tag a long with a guy who was a retired staff Sargent and mail carrier.  He had no son's so he always packed me.    He taught me so much about hunting/fishing/outdoors its nuts looking back on it. 

Henrydog, I too am fortunate to have also tagged along with a Guy who took me under his wing when I was just a kid. (A Trapper named Alan Worrell).
What a difference you can make to a Kid just yearning to learn more about the Outdoor's, when we just take the time to share what others took the time to teach us way back when. Let's hope this tradition will continue even here on this Website.  :tup:
