Idaho moose tag problems

Trying to apply online and there is no option for moose? Called the phone number and he said it’s not available either but didn’t know why...

Unless they changed the online application system recently, you just go on to apply for a controlled hunt and enter the hunt # you want, there is no species specific application option as far as I know
