That was 3 years ago when I was feeling sappy because I was being a jerk apparently. I don’t believe that for a second but that’s what it says.
:fire.:

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Cryder needs his own forum section where he can post so they can be found easier. He is a true huntwa treasure!

Dive down the search hole and come up with some links. I'd very much like to see some of these old gems found and archived in a spot where people can find them easier. There is getting to be so much content on here it is hard to find things.

Both trainwrecks and yes good ones. I still have the pic and yes I do send it to friends to remind them that I'm a bit off in my humor.

I LOVE the kid success stories.   Lots of them on here.   I just picked one that's representative of the ones I love.

Helping my kids learn to hunt has been an absolute highlight of my life.

My most memorable hunt told by one of the greatest men I have ever known.

And Aaron's last hunt before he was killed.

Not sure these are the stories Karl was hoping for  :dunno: but here you are, enjoy.
If you don't want to read the whole thing just scroll for the pics

To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.
