Agreed. That is a gorgeous color phase bear, and would look awesome on anyones wall.

Great looking bear!  I take it the big one is the boar?  That bear in my pic above was a boar but he was chasing a female that was quite a bit larger!

When he mounted the sow , I made my move. I covered the 20 yards in .02 seconds and hit him hard on the left side just at the "Right" moment. I quickly put him in a half-nelson and before he had time to recover from that "Right" moment I pulled the pliars from my teeth and yanked out the incisor. He rolled out of the half-nelson and just layed there with this funny smile on his face.After a hasty retreat I looked back to see the love struck bear mounting up again.



Actually, one of my hunters had a spring tag and made a perfect shot at 327 yds. He told me the skull measurement put him at #3 in the state.
