There isn't enough snow at 5k feet in November to effect a moose anywhere around here. Look for moose paddles and you will get a better idea where moose are. Almost all the paddles found in this area tend to be 3-4500 feet
I had the Mount Spokane North tag two years ago. This tag was all of October and November. The November hunting was way better. You could see a lot farther because the vegetation was off the trees. As someone else said different areas may be better or worse depending on where you go.
