Open bow shops?
« on: April 27, 2020, 07:39:06 AM »
I’m in the what/skag area and Riverside is closed. Is there any other bow shops in a reasonable distance that is open?
Just need 28.5” mods for a new Mathews Vertix

I know the Nock Point is closed as well. You can buy arrows and accessories but just can't go in the shop.

I heard a few manufacturers were even closed so unless a shop has it on hand stuff shops can't even get orders in.

:yeah: sportco is the only shop in the area servicing bows right now called yesterday and they said there's about a 2 week wait to order stings in. guy on the phone (believe Ryan was the name) said to just order string on my own to get them quicker and bring them in to have them installed ($40)

Archery shops open?

Anyone know if any shops are open or if anyone is taking any side work?  My son dry fired his bow and I need to get it checked over.  The peep shifted and I don’t know what else is wonky.

Riverside in Mount Veron FB post

Hi! Hope all is well with everyone! Riverside Archery is now open as part of the Phase 1 startup. We will be curbside service only, so pull up to the store and someone will be right with you!

During this time we will have adjusted hours:

Monday: Closed

Tues-Fri: 10-5

Sat: 9-5

Sun: 12-5

Thanks and stay safe, everyone!
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

A good buddy of mine just followed his dreams and started a bow shop out of his garage when Covid started.  He's located in Renton and works by appointment for now.  Give him a try, he'll take good care of you.

Thanks for the support here! I am able to work on tuning bows and building arrows for anyone right now. I have about a 24 hour turn around for most issues. I can order new strings through 60X and they have had a pretty quick turn around as well. Let me know if there is anything you need, always happy to help!
