It is in my opinion how hard we would work, but a matter of how much we would spend. In my opinion WHF needs legal representation to fight the battle against DOW and other anti hunting groups. The internet anti hunting propaganda is not a battle for the the majority of us that have spent our lives hunting and fishing. We need lawyers to combat them. I would gladly contribute to that cause. Washington hunters are bailing yearly without a fight do to the political climate. The other side is not, we just send messages back and forth bitching about it!

I don’t have Facebook, so I can’t see the post.
If we are going to make anything change we need to get off our butts and get lazy, apathetic outdoorsmen and conservatives to vote. If we get different, better political leadership, the attitudes and agendas of our branches of government and bureaucracy’s will change for the better and reflect our values.
In the last governors election,(Inslee won) there was a large undervote on the east side of the state.
Those are people who voted but didn’t make a selection in the governor race. I don’t get it. I think that is pathetic and idiotic. Please vote for the guy you think will do the least amount of damage even if you don’t like him, or her. We are now buried in a pile of leftist people in our government. We would need multiple terms of republican leadership to swing the pendulum back toward conservatism and traditional values.

I get that. The bigger issue is that Defenders of Wildlife is based in Maryland. The majority of the money they raise is used for filing lawsuits to support their agenda. That is how Idaho ended up going from the supposedly self contained 100 wolves in wilderness areas to 1000 or so. There are people all over the country and world that support them to dictate policy in places that are none of their business!

If there was ever a time to join a sportsmen advocacy group now would be the time. Not all Groups are created equil in this regard. there are MANY that are conservation groups that portray that they are sportsmen advocates. That isnt to say they are bad, but they arent going to fight for hunting rights.  :twocents:

It is amazing how stuff on Facebook disappears if it does not fit the agenda of the poster portraying how wonderful major predators are!
