Seriously, its really easy to downlosd the regs, you dont need to be computer saavy at all.  If youre one of the very very few people incapable of figuring it out, hand your phone to anybody you know under 50 and ask them to get the washington hunting regs on it.  Even somebody who doesnt hunt could find them in under 2 minutes and put them on your phone

Just got this email from the WDFW regarding the question I asked about when pamphlets would be available:

Thanks for contacting the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife.
They should be in stores if not today starting over the weekend.
There was a delay from the new vendor due to some factors related to the current events.

Can't imagine what these shiney magazine quality regs cost to print compared to the old version. Waste of money!
