Sounds like she is as lucky as my daughter, those hunts were so much more fun than anything I ever drew.

Drew 2 cow elk tags.  Both in Alkali.  One regular and one 65 and over.  Guess I call the game department and pick one?  Hope I get my points back for the other!  Anybody else ever have something similar happen?

And.... I hope the unit is open this year!
It doesn't work that way.  You will be re-zero'd in both categories.  You can hunt both hunts but the minute you kill an elk the other permit becomes void because you can only kill one elk per year.  I drew a bull tag and a cow tag this year and I'm in the same predicament that you are in.  You cant return a tag and get your points back.

Antlerless in Skokomish. Pretty much a back up plan tag.

I've only ever driven through the unit. If anyone has put any time in inside 636 and knows where a guy might want to start. Send me a pm. Any info would be appreciated.
