The month we have to submit takes away any kind of excuse imo and if you can’t read the numbers next to hunt choices, how are you supposed to count points in the field until your the guy that makes a mistake lolNope, wrong on that one. If I screw up I’ll be the first to accept the consequences of my actions. I’ve missed a year here and there not applying and wasn’t by choice. I just forgot. It is what it is. gotta give people what there paying for for example if i went into a store and bought a shirt a size to small and they didnt let you swap in for the right size would i shop there again hell no wdfw needs revenue which means returning customers there already hurting judging by all the advertising for permits they did

How can someone make a mistake? If you pick the wrong weapon type for the hunt it won't let you submit and you have too pick the correct one. That used to happen years back but they fixed that.

What if someone wanted to change tags (before the deadline) and it took until a week after the deadline for wdfw to respond and cancel that tag? Should the hunter suffer because wdfw is slow ro respond to inquirys for changes?

The application period is already late enough in the year and every few days earlier we get the results back, the easier it is to work out travel plans, vacation etc for any tags drawn.

Next year you won’t make that mistake and everyone sees results a week to 10 days earlier every year
I had a buddy forget too submit a couple of years ago no call or email he was automatically put in for points.

I have to agree too! We a had ample time to verify, submit and reverify even. If you screwed it up it should be on you!
