Are you asking about bullets for loading your own ammunition or pre-loaded 7mm Mag ammunition?
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

My gun shot best with the Nosler Accubond Long Range 168 grain. 1/2" group at 100 yds.  Tried 5 different sets of ammo.

My buddy same caliber but different make swears by the Hornady Precision Hunter ELD-X 162 grain.

 Paper punching or hunting?

Nosler RDF for paper and Partitions for hunting.

This will be out of the box loads. Just looking for a good load and brand to get started. I don’t want to waist lots of money chasing a good round for hunting

This is what I landed on.

If you're near kent/auburn, I will give you 5 rounds each of several types I have on hand.

I've bought quite a few different loads to test, and would be happy to give you some of each.

Nosler's 168gr ABLR factory ammo was very accurate in my Browning X Bolt 7mmRM

And has done the job on a number of animals with no issues.

I also tested the HSM Berger 168gr VLD factory ammo, it also did well.

Hornady superformance 154gr sst is what my Montana Rifle Co 7mm mag likes the best. It will put bullets through the same hole at 100 and I have shot deer from 40-450 yards and dropped them all in their tracks.

Hornady 154gr spitzer boat tails.

Rifle shot one hole groups at 100yds and tipped over everything I hit with it.   No reason to try any thing different.

Sold it and now hunt with either a Roberts or Swede,  they both do the same as long as I do my job.

Thank you for the offer. Sorry for belated post. Your a good person. I don’t get down in the Kent Auburn area often. Maybe you could pay it forward to someone who needs them. It is also the best round IMO in .300 win mag Federal 180 gr Nosler Partitions.

160 gr Federal Premium Accubonds. Best 200 yard group so far was .41”, 162 ELDX’s were right at 1/2” along with 160 gr Partitions. I haven’t shot the 168’s but the way the Tikka has been shooting I haven’t needed to.

I have to throw my vote in for the Federal 160 Partitions.  Shoot great out my 700 it actually better than some of my rookie attempts at hand loads.  Last 3 Elk dropped in their tracks.  Hard to beat a proven performer.

Gotta say it...

140 gr. Remington Core-Lokt. For some reason, my rifle loves these, clover leafs at 100 yds consistently, more than accurate and flat enough to do what I need. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Well finally shot my new Christianson Mesa Long Range in 7mm mag. Topped it with a Vortex Viper LR 6x24 FFP. Shooting Federal Nosler Partition 160 Gr.
Shot Amazing. I love my new toy. I just need to get it out to the range a few more times and get some longer shooting in.

Totally depends on the rifle.  I just bought a Browning Max Long Range in 7mm Mag.  My son is thinking about buying my Remington 700 7mm Mag, so I bought 6 different brands of ammo and tested both guns.  The Browning liked the Hornandy Precision Hunter 162 gr ELD X.  The Remington liked HSM ammo with Berger 168 Gr VLDs.  The difference was significant.  And yes, one of the boxes I tested was Rem Core Lokt.  8)

I shot the federal premium nosler 160 so far so good. I do want to try a box of those 162’s though.
