2nd Bear Tag

Maybe a dumb question, but I can't seem to find a clear answer in the regs.

Can I buy my 2nd bear tag before I fill my first one? I guess on that note, could I potentially shoot 2 bears in one day if given the opportunity and I had both tags?

Yup.  Last year 2nd bear tags went on sale in july.  I had both in my pocket before the season started.  I dont know that id want to kill 2 the same day though.  Sounds like a pain in the ass.

I checked yesterday to see if I could purchase a second bear, couldn't, but it was going to let me add a second deer tag to my cart, but I didn't get drawn for that
