49 degrees N Late bull moose!!!
« on: June 13, 2020, 09:29:48 PM »
I still can’t believe I got drawn.  16 years of applying,  but it was still a long shot!  I can hardly wait until November.  Any advice would be appreciated!

 Congrats on the draw!

Being from Deer Park, I’d guess you have a big one tied up already.
The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first!

It’s great that I live fairly close,  but honestly Ithe only hunting I normally do in this unit is whitetails around my house.  I see the occasional moose a couple times a year but clearly I will need to hunt in a different area to try and find a big bull.  I’m really excited for the opportunity!  I’m guessing the hills between Cusick and Colville aka good start?

Shoot me a message, I drew spring bear up there and have an area that we've seen bull moose in every time we've been in there. Picked up two sheds in there as well.

Late tag is way better than the early tag. Hope for snow.  Good luck.

Congrats on drawing your moose tag. I drew one of the early season tags last year with dirty mike. Enjoy every moment of your hunt.  :hunter:
