Hunting around Ford?
« on: June 14, 2020, 12:39:26 PM »
looking at maps ive found some good spots on state land near ford. Talking to a few friends who live in spokane, they say the locals around that area can be hostile to people trespassing on their land and may come after you even if you may be on public land and in the right, just close to their property. anyone have any experiences or troubles with the locals while hunting GMU 124 around Ford?

I had an unsettling experience out there a few years back that just ended with me leaving and finding a different way in to the property. Lots of good people out there, but definitely a chance if running into someone "unbalanced"

Haven’t had any issue hunting around that general area. Just make sure you’re on land open to the public. Packing heat for two legged critters also makes em thing twice before being an *censored* from my experience.

Sounds like it. Did you find cover and return fire?
