It depends how far you want to go to diagnose it. You can do the e brake thing and that will tell you if it’s a rear drum. You could take them to a machine shop if you want to go that far and have them measure runout. They can be machined true if there is excessive runout. I’m hesitant though because it was there before the new brakes and it’s there after?  It only happens when the brakes are applied?

You could have a bent axle maybe. If you have jack stands you could lift the rear end off the ground and run it in 2wd and see if there’s any out of true movement of the wheels. If the axle is bent, you’ll see the wobble.

Just about every orielly brake drums come pre warped. Get them machined

Oh the irony, I once had an O'reilly tech tell me that all rotors will pulsate until they wear into the vehicle,  :yike:

I handed him back my rotors an left.
