OnX looking for Access Hotspots
« on: June 25, 2020, 10:08:32 AM »
OnX is looking for access opportunities.  It sure would be nice to put Washington on their radar.

I hit them with the Mount St. Helens trailheads that you have to pay Weyerhaeuser to get to.
West ends of trails 213 and 217 are official USFS trails but you need to be a Longview Weyerhaeuser permit holder to use them.  It was never supposed to be that way.  Even the Monument plan says that the USFS will acquire easements here if the roads become closed.

Thanks.  I will absolutely use this on a few land locked public areas I know of.
