I think Ford knocked it out of the park with this. What do y’all think?

I’m going to have to give it a year to work the bugs out but I see another bronco in the future.

Low range keep the revs up!  Turbo lag can be horribly annoying tho if system not designed well.   The wrangler lil turbo works well.

After watching a bunch of videos, I think ford nailed it. If it’s reliable and the options work well I think Jeep is going to have to step it up.

exactly my thoughts .way under powered for the size of the rig but that’s getting to be the norm manufacturers think all’s we want in a “truck” is gas mileage. If I wanted gas mileage I’d by a Hyundai speed bump

Way underpowered, have you driven a 2.7? I am guessing no.

Looks good I might check it out in a couple of years.  Had a hunting partner in Montana who had the old style Bronco.  Once we got to the primitive roads and creeped along the vehicle was handy, but driving snow-packed highways to get to the backwoods was like a ride on the tea cups in Disneyland.  A hunting partner in Washington had the Bronco II and if I remember right it had a lot of mechanical problems.

Ford dropped  the ball on this. Putting such a small power plant in a American classic redo is ridiculous. This thing is screaming for a 5.0! Not a Jeep killer and never will be.

Actually I drive one every day. Plenty of power in that truck. It’s not the 5.0 but it’s got plenty. I wouldn’t actually buy a truck or bronco with the 2.7 but it’s not a bad motor at all.
