Welcome. Yes, that is a fantastic gun. You thinking of putting one to use? I'm told they make birds more deader than my non jamming, no tool needing, always go boom, fraction of that price cheapo pump. Sarcasm aside, it is a great gun, but my advice is to invest in access or means of transport to access. Heck, I dumped $1600 on a quail gun, so who am I to judge. Gotta look good in the uplands though.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy and use one for all things waterfowl.  I have been shooting a Benelli Super Vince for several years now and have been very impressed.  Beretta owns Benelli, Franchi, Stoeger and more.  All are very well built Shotguns.  I really like the factory Sitka Marsh stock with Cerakote barrel on that Franchi.

That looks really cool! I became a Franchi fan last waterfowl season. Picked up a used Affinity in 20 gauge and successfully harvested lots of ducks, geese and upland birds. Have previously waterfowled with 12 gauge 3" guns and been fine, but liking the 20 a lot! Light carry and forces me to be disciplined about shot selection. Unless you are primarily targetting greaters, paying more $$$ for a 3.5" gun and shells is not necessary in my opinon.

I have this and I love it. To be honest, I've shot more turkey with it because I'm a terrible shot, but it is a great gun!

I took a look at this gun earlier this year when I was in the market for a new boom stick. Looks like one hell of a gun for the price!! Ended up with a browning A5 wicked wing on a killer deal instead but definitely a gun that I'm still interested in acquiring some day. Would love to hear your thoughts on it after a season if you do end up getting it!
