:yeah: Denton is the man! When it's time for new strings I drive from the east side to take my bow to him.
It is foolish and wrong to mourn these men.  Rather, we should thank god that such men lived.  -General George S. Patton

Ah man, not too far out of the way of my commute but way less convenient then having him just down the road. A few years ago I had to rush into his shop twenty minutes before he closed when my bow broke two days before archery opener. He had it fixed in ten minutes and charged me five bucks. Good guy.

went somewhere else to get new strings on my bow and they were not shooting right. Went to rock creek to get it fixed up because they were close to me. found out the timing was off, and a few other things wrong with it. Rock creek is awesome and he will tune up your bow as it was his own. he takes his time and doesnt just try to rush you out the door. great guy to shoot the *censored* with. Awesome dude and an awesome little shop with another room to shoot in the back. dont hesitate to take your bow there to get tuned up. i believe he also does handmade custom strings which looked really nice. Great little shop that is actually in town, not way out in the country like all the other shops in the area.

Man, had my first positive experience at a bow shop today with Denton and guest appearance of Corey Miller from Xxx now PSE. Cool guys, took their time and might have sold me on a new bow. Thanks for recommendation

Good to hear there are  good bow techs out there. Took mine to a sportsman’s wearhouse, the bow tech couldn’t even paper tune my bow. Said I needed different arrows. Got myself a bow press and tuned it myself In 30 minutes shooting bullet holes through paper.

That’s why I only go to specialty shops like Dentons. Worth the time and money. Plus it keeps their business going.!!
