Anyone use a portable camp kitchen?

I have almost bought that a dozen times over the last five years but I keep going back to using the folding table I already have and not wanting to store one more thing in the garage for 50 weeks of the year.

It doesn't seem super stable and doesn't offer much over a folding table and storage bins.

We have two and they are ok but they are heavy to pack and like Stein, we usually just end up using folding tables instead. We will use one in our travel trailer when we set it up outside under the awning.

We have used one and it really works out well to help keep things organized. We set ours up under a 10'x10' canopy. The lantern hangars are nice for cooking when we get back to camp after dark.

I had two different Camp Kitchens, the one shown in the link, and a predecessor. I did not learn my lesson the first time.
The predecessor failed 6 days into it's first 10 hunt. Just fell apart. The next year I bought the one in the link. First thing i noticed, we never used the sink so that was wasted space. Mice got into everything I kept stored on the shelves.
Wire rack shelves suck for anything that is not flat. The lantern hanger is right in your face when trying to cook.
It is not have a big enough flat space to have more that a two burner stove so if you have a small BBQ you need another table.
They are heavy and they are very cheaply made, and a pain to get level. One season and it went to Goodwill.

I use stack-able clear plastic bins for food and kitchen supplies storage.
I can have both stove and BBQ on the same table and still have room for cutting board and utensils  etc...

I bought one, sold it 5 years later brand new for about half price.  I never used it.  It sounds great, and if you're a professional chef who wants to make cooking the top priority while you're out there it probably makes sense.  For me, a good day of "camp food" is pancakes, bacon and eggs in the morning, some sammies for lunch and some burgers/dogs for dinner. 

I can do all that very easily on my camp chef explorer griddle, and can even pull it off on my coleman 2 burner on occasion.

Has anyone noticed the Aunt Jemimah bottle in the pic? 

We've been thinking about getting one of these for our boat-in beach camping trips on Roosevelt. It looks like it would be helpful keeping all the little things organized and it would be nice to store it in a carry bag.

Reading the reviews it sounds pretty light duty, but this would be used a handful of times annually and only set up in sandy ground.

x2. We use plastic totes to store our food, snacks and cookware since the stack nicely and can be put under the table. The empty totes that we keep the stoves and supplies that stay on the table are stacked next to the table and end up being used as more surface area

I’m just looking for a better way to organize my kitchen. I hated digging through everything every time I cooked.

We have used it as well maybe 10 years ago.  Older we get the more stuff we need and out grew it.  Wind tip over is the main issue.  Now if we did use it, it would be to wash dishes, and keep stuff organized to find.
