Back to the Homeland
« on: July 24, 2020, 03:39:37 AM »
Been back in Minnesota to see family I haven't seen in over 6 years.  Headed out the 15th driving and got to Minnesota on the 17th.  Have been doing a little fishing and wheeling.

I was back in my Homeland this last week as well checking out our new farm. Didn't get to do any fishing though.

I miss fishing walleyes on Leech lake. And Mille lacs. I miss hunting whitetails in MN too. I am planning to go back in October to hunt Camp Ripley. Big whitetails there.
Hot there.?
Lots of mosquitoes?

Upper 80's low 90's plus that much humidity down here.   The past week I was up north on the iron range where I grew up visiting mom and family.  It was in the 80'd up there to with high humidity and the state bird wasn't that bad but the deer and horse flies are crazy bad.
