RAIN AND SNOW

trying to figure out if i should head to colville. snow and rain next few day's. thinking of staying at that motel were they have a stuffed turkey in the window. tired need to turn a couple more crow call's. dont feel like getting soaked with my tent. have a $600.00  cabelas guide model.  not sure what to do. last couple of days here it's been either raining or snowing...   been seeing turkey in the middle of the field's then....  This afternoon it was hailing and looked down in my field...   and there they were again

it was snowing low at snoqualmie like an hour ago. I went to check the cam (no pics..too high I think), downpoured snow and rain on me and the boy...poor kid.

We stayed at the Colville Inn one night last season,  Dang Birds kept us up all night  :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:

thank's guy's in order to get there in time and feel well i'm going to stay at the inn. i have diabetes now not bad yet. just dieting.heart stuff. just had check up. just havnt felt well. dizzy and stuff. when i cougar call i stay in ellensburg and packwood at motel. just to miserable. just love the camping. not this year. those turkey's look Happy. have to osage crow call's to finish then on my way.Rick :)

Hey Rick I bet they really get fired up this weekend, with this cold crappy weather and then the big warm up they will be HOT this weekend.  I would not expect much action though before 9 in the mornings, they will be henned up bad I'm betting, but once the hens leave them they should be ripe for the calling. You get an answer between 9-12, be ready, you got a great chance at bringing him in!  Good luck.

the last two year's i killed my Gobbler's 2.00 to 3.30 pm. last year third day they went nut's. i'll try to stop by if i can. mapquest say's 6 hour's 39 minute's to colville. is that benny's colville in with the turkey in the window that is were i want to stay. get's nice after today.Rick
