I buy the tires for the Boss's  - aka wife's - rig there.  That way, she can shop while she is getting the tires rotated and oil changed.  Only issue i have had is that they
always want to put 32psi in the tires because that is the factory recommendation on the door jamb. They are low profiles on 20's and need 42 so they don't wear the shoulders off prematurely.  She has to have a debate with them everytime.  Other than that, no problems.
May that for which I prepare never come to pass.

Cannot see how they would be any different than any tire store.
When they are open, the volume of business is amazing.
Usually a line, they definitely get practice.
.
Every time I go to a "tire shop", I get personal attention and immediate service.
.
Wal-Mart, you park it and wait your turn, or go shopping.

heading there now to get some wrangler authoritys installed seems like a great tire for the price on a 1/2 ton truck that doesnt get much use other than towing a light boat and a few times a year a 4000 lb trailer, then just gravel roads for hunting and scouting.

I use them for three vehicles. Free balancing comes in handy each year when changing from snow to all season.
I had one problem but they admitted fault and fixed the error immediately.
I have also noticed they don't have much of an employee turnover.

The boss calls ahead to see how backed up they are. If they are burried, she tries another day.  We have two within 15 miles.  Being a little flexible and having two to choose from, she rarely waits more than 15 minutes to get her rig in.  Then she can grocery shop while it is getting done instead of sitting and waiting.  Their prices are pretty damn good and will do some price matching too. For the last set, it was cheaper to have them delivered at the house and then take them to the store for the install, even though it was all through Walmart.  Not a big deal, just how their system works sometimes.
