C4 energy drinks

I’ve been drinking two of these a day and was wondering why I was losing weight come to find out it’s a fat burner!

No.  If youre losing weight its because youre burning more calories than youre consuming.  There is no magic weight loss juice.  That beibg said, cancer does decrease appetite from what i hear.

Probably because you’re getting the pre-work out tingles and your body is burning calories shaking all day. C4 is potent stuff!

Tingling is probably from beta alanine, if you aren't used to it you will tingle when you take it.  It's common in pre-workouts and there is a bunch of data on it's effectiveness.  You can buy it bulk for next to nothing.

Your body will burn fat on it's own, ironically the best thing to do to get into "fat burning mode" is to not put stuff in your mouth for a while, particularly carbs.  The good news is that is very cheap and anyone can do it.

:yeah:  Sage Advice !   As a training aid use a sharpie and write the letters s t o p on a 12” piece of duct tape.   Wrap that tape securely over the edge of your refrigerator and onto the handle side of the door.
